Sparkul Privacy Notice
Last updated: 27 August 2026
Pre-launch draft
Paid checkout remains disabled. The operator's legal name, postal address, final support contact and professionally reviewed cancellation/refund wording must be added before launch.
Who is responsible
The legal identity and postal address of Sparkul's data controller must be inserted here before paid launch. Until then, paid checkout remains disabled and privacy enquiries can be submitted through the Contact page.
Information Sparkul uses
Depending on the features you use, Sparkul may process account and contact details; Tesla connection and OAuth credentials; vehicle, Powerwall, solar, tariff and energy-flow information; schedules, export sessions and earnings records; app diagnostics and support messages; and payment status, plan and transaction references.
Why it is used
We use this information to authenticate you, connect requested services, operate and protect automations, calculate and display your records, provide support, prevent abuse, maintain security and—once launched—administer subscriptions.
Legal bases
The intended bases are performance of a contract for requested app services, legitimate interests for security and service improvement, consent where required for optional connections or communications, and legal obligations for accounting or regulatory records. These bases require final review against the completed product and operator details.
Who information is shared with
Information may be shared only as needed with Tesla, Base44 hosting and app services, Wix/Base44 payment services, infrastructure and monitoring providers, and support providers. Sparkul does not sell personal information.
Retention and security
Access credentials are intended to be restricted to backend services. Operational and payment records are retained only as necessary for the service, safety, support and legal obligations. Exact retention periods and any international-transfer safeguards must be documented before launch.
Your rights
Depending on UK data-protection law, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, and may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Contact Sparkul first through the Contact page so the request can be identified securely.
